About Me
I’m an Ohio native who studied architectural engineering, transferred to industrial design for furniture and fell in love with footwear design along the way.
I’ve been fortunate to work with incredibly talented teams for some of the most iconic and innovative companies in the footwear industry. As a creative leader, I am passionate about team building, product design and development, collaboration, and product innovation. My work has been consistently recognized for delivering brand relevant products through consumer driven insights, brand strategy, and a deep understanding of manufacturing methods. I believe that successful product creation is the result of talented people and efficient process. My values are very simple, work with nice people, make cool shit, and have fun while doing it. And, I’m always happy to talk about running (Hood to Coast 2010, LA Marathon 2016), travel, art, the outdoors, pottery, family, and coffee.

In this moment where people are reevaluating life priorities, I am deeply committed to building a purpose-driven environment for positive growth within the company and at a personal level.
Strategy
As a strategic thinker, I can build on organizational strengths and define new opportunity through analysis and future vision. I have worked with both leading global brands and boutique start-up labels. I have also worked independently with my own design agency, where I worked with a diverse range of clients across footwear, knit sock technology, and orthotics. I then joined one of my clients full-time to create and launch a new brand called MOBS, taking on various responsibilities including business strategy, product design and development, and marketing. Through these various experiences, I developed an operational acumen that comes from managing a variety of complex and dynamic issues.
Process
An experienced leader, guiding teams to create an inclusive, respectful, and constructive environment that promotes open dialog and innovative thinking toward a common goal. With my broad range of experience across large and small businesses, I have worked on product creation from line-planning through go-to-market delivery, overseeing each step in the process, knowing how to manage risk, and where to create collaborative intersection points that deliver positive results.
